On our tour of Namibia in 2019 we ended up in the Etosha National Park.

This is provided with several man-made watering holes, necessary due to several years of drought having dried up the natural resources. At each of theses watering places it was a delight to witness the baby elephants bathing. If two herds of elephants arrived at the water at the same time there appeared to be an accepted discipline as to who would enter the water first and this polite sharing happened with a nod and a shake of the trunk with no animosity
