The Huizer Visfestijn is an annual event when 24 botters, traditional Dutch shallow draft fishing boats, race around the Gooimeer.
In 2022 all proceeds from the huizer visfestijn went to Ukrainian refugees and each boat flew the Ukrainian flag. I have enhanced the composition with a Mare tails sky and ruffled water to give the impression of a breezy day.
