There are only 2 northern white rhinos left in the world . They are both female and neither can carry a pregnancy.
There are two species of white rhino in Africa, the practically extinct northern white rhino and the more prevalent southern white rhino.
The second largest of all land animals has been poached to extinction.
They are not white but a dark grey colour.
International trade in rhino horn was banned in 1977, but rhino poaching reached record highs in 2015!
Medical studies have found no pharmacological effect on humans.The horn is formed from keratin, a structural protein also found in hair, nails and hoofs.
You might as well grind up human toenails, it would be just as beneficial.
